Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Here's what you can try:

    • Open the Device Manager.
    • Expand the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers.
    • Right-click your default audio driver - Realtek (R), select Uninstall device, select 'Attempt to delete the driver software for this device check box, and then click Uninstall.
    • Once uninstalled, restart your computer.
    • Then, go to Start > Settings > System > Sounds > Choose your input device.
    • See if you can select the Microphone Array as the default audio input device.

If you are still having issues, type msinfo in the search bar on the taskbar and click Enter.

Post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.

I have been trying for 2 hours per AI's suggestions and google search, NOTHING works, I don't have anywhere to click and the Permissions isn't on my System Or Sound or Devices and the microphone icon is greyed out

It also doesn't appear in my Win 11 apps or in Devices. I feel I have tried everything. Sound does work on my speaks with Realtek however
