Hi, I had applied for Azure DP900 certification from another laptop. Now that laptop is not compatible for taking test online. I want to use another laptop but same access code is not working. How to take/generate new access code for new laptop?

Contact Pearson Vue support https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact for issues when taking an exam

    Hello @Sunil Tambe

Microsoft Certification / Exam topics are currently not directly supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own platform:

The same Azure certification exam appointment can be launched from a different compatible computer; a new access code is not required. The key requirement is that the new laptop passes the Pearson VUE OnVUE system test and meets all technical requirements.

    Use these steps:

    1. On the new laptop, run the required system test and verify it meets the online proctored exam requirements. See the system test and requirements under About online exams with Pearson VUE and Before you register for an online exam.
    2. When ready to take the exam, sign in on the new laptop with the same Microsoft account used to schedule DP-900:
      • Go to Microsoft Learn and sign in with the personal Microsoft account associated with the certification profile.
      • Open the profile menu (photo avatar) and select Profile.
      • Select Certifications.
      • Under Appointments, locate the DP-900 exam and select Go to the exam.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the secure browser and start the online proctored exam on the new laptop.

If the exam will not launch or the access code still appears invalid after confirming system compatibility, contact Pearson VUE/Microsoft Certification support using the official credential support channels so they can review the appointment and re-enable or reschedule it if needed.
