CONTACT SUPPORT!!!

This is the worst system I have ever had the dissatisfaction of attempting to use. I have spent hours and hours and hours just TRYING TO CONTACT SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!! Your support email doesn't accept emails. Nothing on your entire "contact support" page has ANY way of contacting support. Anything you click on takes you into a loop back to the useless page non-stop. Unrelated articles that mean nothing and say nothing will appear, then ask you if that non-sense was useful. I WANT TO CONTACT SUPPORT!!!!!!!

I WANT AN EMAIL, ONLINE CHAT, SUPPORT CONTACT SUPPORT. I WANT TO SPEAK TO SUPPORT. I WANT AN EMAIL, I WANT A CHAT WINDOW, I WANT TO SPEAK TO A PERSON!

EDIT: Response to comments,

OP: I want to contact support. I feel like that's a really simple request. The fact there are a million separate complicated instructions, WHICH DO NOT WORK, is insane. Microsoft is a company with customers. That company should have a way for those customers to contact them.

My issue is not something I'm seeking any help with from other users. I cannot make that more clear. I came here with an issue, I am seeking a way to contact support. Contact Support. SPEAK TO SUPPORT. I don't want user help with why I want to contact support, I don't want anyone to try, I don't want any suggestion, I don't want anything about it, that's why I didn't ask it here. What I'm asking is... CONTACT SUPPORT. That's what I'm asking. That's what I want help with. There is no other issue here, I don't want anyone to tell me anything about anything regarding my issue I want to contact support. My issue here is that I want to contact support! Thus far, I'm just being told to say it here so other people that aren't Microsoft can tell me to do EVERYTHING I HAVE ALREADY DONE! That is not what I'm asking. If you can help me contact Microsoft, PLEASE help. If you just want me to ask random users for something they cannot help with, it's not helpful. It's not that it's sensitive information, I'm not sharing it to avoid this exact thing, suggestions that aren't me speaking to a real person with Microsoft. You can choose to not believe me about whether or not random users suggestions can fix the issue I want to contact support about, or whether or not there's something I haven't tried, but I'm not asking for any help with that. I am asking for one thing, I want to contact Microsoft support and speak to a person, not an AI suggestion of articles.

"Detailing your problem here may help others help you." NO IT WILL NOT! That is my entire point. That is specifically why I did not detail it. I want to contact support, a person, a real living person who exists. It's crazy that Microsoft is making that impossible. If I say my problem, I will get a million different suggestions (all of which I tried, over the 6 hours I spent TRYING TO CONTACT SUPPORT), and none of them will result with me CONTACTING SUPPORT!!!!!! I have tried, the articles, the tips, the FAQ, the anything doesn't help. The one and only thing that can, the only thing I'm seeking here, CONTACT SUPPORT! No other company large or small have I ever had this problem with. There is so much work being done to prohibit users from contacting support. The fact there is a "contact support" page that lists 0 ways to contact any support is idiotic. I'm not detailing my problem because it is an attempt to circumvent my one and only request, CONTACT SUPPORT. That's my issue. I can't describe more because I don't want a community answer to it, I don't want suggestions on what to do, I've tried it, I've done it, it's not my issue. So, my problem here that I'm seeking help with is not why I want to contact support, I want to contact support. That's my question here. The suggestion I not contact support is not helpful for my question here, which is to contact support.

"Chat support can be via the Contact Us webpage or the Get Help app in windows." Nope. That doesn't exist. I wish it did, I would have thought it did, but it doesn't. There is not chat support option for Contact us. There is not "Get Help" window. That's my whole point. It's not there.

"You will need to type chat with an agent then select Contact Support. You may find selecting Billing helps to chat with an agent. Some times it depends if you are trying to contact during normal office hours." I wish. I wish this was an option. It does not come up.

"You do know that Microsoft has many different products and services covering consumers, small, and large businesses. There is not a single support contact for all of these, so you need to provide some hint of the issue you are having and with which product so you can be directed to the appropriate channel." Yup. Not one of them has a contact support option. I've tried them, they don't have it for anything. It's not that I haven't tried, it's that everything leads back to the same page, Contact Support, and then THERE IS NO CONTACT SUPPORT OPTION.

"Note: Phone and email support are available if you have a paid for support contract." Yup. I pay for it in many capacities. As a personal user, as a small business. Every option possible leads back to "Contact Support" and nothing on their "Contact Support" page offers a way to contact support.

I do not want help for the issue I'm seeking to contact support about, I want help for the issue that I cannot find any way to contact support.

I'm not trying to sound ungrateful to this help community. I am just desperate and tired that I have spent so many hours and lost so much work because I've had to spend it on this Microsoft issue. It's the most frustrating thing I can imagine dealing with. It's so important and seems so easily fixed, but I need to be able to contact Microsoft, which should be an easy thing to do. I do appreciate anyone taking the time to read this, and I thank you to those trying to help, but I'm at the end of my rope and I cannot understand why Microsoft will not allow any contact or support ability from users about anything. I'm so tired of all of this, and if it weren't so important and absolutely crucial, I would have given up by now.

You do know that Microsoft has many different products and services covering consumers, small, and large businesses.

There is not a single support contact for all of these, so you need to provide some hint of the issue you are having and with which product so you can be directed to the appropriate channel.

Note: Phone and email support are available if you have a paid for support contract.
