Hotmail emails

I am not getting emails in my Hotmail account. I deleted the mail app on my phone and iPad and am trying to add them back but can’t.

    Hi Sonya,

    Are the emails appearing on the web? Check here first:
    https://outlook.live.com/mail/#/inbox

    On your iPad, open Outlook web on a Web browser.

    1. Open Outlook on the web.
    2. Click Settings (gear icon).
    3. Select MailRules.
    4. Review all existing inbox rules.

    Delete them and verify.
