ToolTip goes off when window resizes and moved to complete Right side

Hi Team ,
I am new to WPF ,
I have applied a tooltip to Timestamp (Date Time) , when screen moving or resizing ,ToolTip position also changed and moved out of window . I nee dot postion should be fixed for tool tip , if there is no space at right side , tool tip can fly to left side .
Please help me on fixing Position of tootip.
