My outlook account cannot receive emails from gmail senders.

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are the Gmail emails missing completely, or are they going to Junk/Spam?
    2. Are you using Outlook.com on the web, or the Outlook app on Windows/Mac/mobile?
    3. Does this happen with all Gmail senders or only specific ones?

    In the meantime, ask one Gmail sender to:

    • resend the email
    • avoid attachments for testing
    • send a simple message like “test”
