How to disable d docs live net from PowerPoint?! I have to post a presentation to my online school account. I am done with the PP but I try to export as mp4 file, the d docs live net keeps popping up. I just want to disable it.

If you are trying to save to your school OneDrive account, you may see d.docs.live.net. That's an address for a Microsoft OneDrive server.

PowerPoint itself does not provide any setting in the Export/Video features to disable or block external pop‑ups or browser pages such as “d docs live net” when exporting to MP4. The built‑in options only control:

    • Exporting to other formats (PDF, video, Word handouts) via File > Export
    • Saving to other locations (like a flash drive) via File > Save As

To create the MP4 without changing how PowerPoint works, use the standard export path:

    1. Open the presentation.
    2. Select File > Export.
    3. Choose Create a video.
    4. Follow the steps in Turn your presentation into a video to generate the MP4.
    5. If a browser or external page opens, close it and use the MP4 file that PowerPoint created on disk.

If unwanted pages continue to appear outside of PowerPoint, that behavior is controlled by the browser or other software on the device, not by PowerPoint’s export feature.
