Mijn adressenboek met contactpersonen komt niet tevoorschijn als ik iets wil doorsturen. Bij personen zie ik die contactpersonen wel. Wat is er mis? Dit probleem is ontstaan na een een laatste update van Windows 11 afgelopen week alhoewel ik niet weet of daar een directe relatie mee is.

Hi Ad,

I am aware of reports that the Contacts list does not populate when entering an Email address. This is a backend issue. I appreciate the patience while Microsoft works on the fix, which should be pretty soon.

I see you pressed NO below my post. I wish I had a better answer for you, but right now there isn't a fix available for the contacts issue. Hopefully it would be resolved soon.

Ik zag trouwens wel dat als ik een mail wilde doorsturen dat als ik mijn muisaanwijzer achter "aan" zette ik een lijstje van voorgestelde (proposed) contacten kreeg. Dat lost dit probleem voor een deel op. Benieuwd naar de oplossing.

Op de 1 of andere manier is het hersteld. Dit zag ik nadat ik EINDELIJK mijn laptop uit het bitlockerscherm heb gekregen. Ik had namelijk de sleutel NIET bewaard (ZEER DOM). Het heeft me een hele dag gekost om die alsnog te achterhalen. Ik had namelijk mijn laptop op een ander account aangemeld dan mijn mailaccount. Toen ik op dat andere account inlogde kreeg ik alsnog de sleutel en was het ontgrendelen in een zucht gebeurd. Uiteraard de sleutel daarna op papier (2 keer) en als pdf bewaard op mijn telefoons.

MAAR:

Het probleem met het adresboek was dus daarna opgelost.
