The new Windows 11 has removed the drives for my HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFPM477dfw. It was working fine and it says not drivers or offline.

I just spent two hours with my Computer Tech and no fix can be found. Plus it won't show all the other devices on my NetWork.

My seven year old computer running on Windows works fine. No issues printing.

Just another issue and problem I've encountered with Windows 11. I've spent more time with my Tech in the past three months with Windows 11 than I did in the past two years with Window 10.

In short its piece of crap!!!!

Thank you. The following should help.

To remove the most recent update, please follow these steps to access the Windows Recovery environment:

    1. Open the Settings app by pressing the Win + I keys.
    2. Navigate to System > Recovery.
    3. Click the ""Restart Now"" button next to Advanced Startup.
    4. Choose the Troubleshoot option.
    5. Select ""Uninstall Updates,"" then choose either ""Uninstall Latest Quality Update"" or ""Uninstall Latest Cumulative Update.""

    Allow the process to complete.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

Those drivers are for older computer with older operating system.

Are they compatitable with Window 11, or will have to 'dumb' down my system to make them work?
