Microsoft Support agents do not have direct access to accounts, and no one does. A Microsoft Support agent will not be of any help; they will likely recommend you try the Account Recovery Form and Sign-in Helper Tool if you haven’t tried them already.
If your Microsoft account password used to work but no longer does, there may have been a password change, account sync issue, or sign-in problem.
