No, it isn't possible, because a subscription to Microsoft 365 is tied to the Microsoft account that purchased the subscription.

Yep - AFAIK, it is generally possible to purchase Microsoft 365 for most subscriptions, as a gift for someone in another country, but there are some additional considerations. For one, Microsoft digital products might be region-locked, meaning the gift subscription or product key might only work in certain countries. If you buy a U.S. version, your friend in Belize may encounter issues activating it if their Microsoft account is registered in Belize. To ensure it works, you can buy the subscription directly from the Microsoft website for their country, if available. Alternatively, you can purchase a digital gift card from Microsoft, which can be redeemed for Microsoft 365 or Office products, provided the gift card is valid in Belize. Another approach is to buy through an international retailer or the Microsoft website that explicitly allows gift purchases to Belize.

There can also be tax considerations. When purchasing Microsoft 365 or Office as a gift for someone in Belize, U.S. sales tax typically does not apply if the purchase is billed to a non-U.S. address, but your friend may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes when redeeming or using the product in Belize. Microsoft’s digital products are usually considered electronically supplied services, which in many countries can incur local consumption taxes. The exact amount depends on Belize’s current tax regulations for digital goods, so you might want to check with local authorities or your friend to understand any potential charges.
