You can try these steps:
Make sure you are using the latest version of Power PDF compatible with your license.
Check your internet connection and temporarily disable VPN/proxy services.
Run the application as Administrator during activation.
Try activating from a different browser if the activation opens a web page.
Verify that the activation URL in the software is correct and not blocked by firewall/security software.
Install the latest updates or patches for Nuance Power PDF.
If you migrated to a new system, confirm the license has been deactivated on the old device if required by your license type.
