May I please know if you have a recovery phone number, email address, or the authenticator app to Verify Your identity?
If it is a recovery phone number, ensure your phone isn't blocking texts from unknown numbers.
If you have a recovery email, check whether the verification email from Microsoft ended up in the Junk or SPAM folder.
