Unfortunately, my expensive device is from Microsoft. I cannot download Windows 11 on it. Is this reasonable for an expensive device, which is a Microsoft product, and I cannot take priority over the rest of the customers in downloading Windows 11? It is a very unfortunate thing.

I have a Surface Book 2 and updated to Windows 11 without any issues or workarounds needed. You don't specifically say what the problem is?

I can tell you
First tell me which version of windows your device is running?
To download on the device
1.Open Registry Editor
2.Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup
3.Check if you already have a value for AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU
4.If you don't have this yet, right click and pick New - DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name the
value AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU
5.Double-click on the new value you created, and enter 1 into the Value data field.
6.Hit OK and close the registry editor.
7.Download the Windows 11 ISO at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
8.Open it with File Explorer
9.Click setup
10.A Window opens and then click install

Habe auch ein Surface Book 2 und mit der Check App getestet. Leider soll mein Prozessor nicht geeignet sein. Es kann aber doch nicht sein , das man sein teures Windows Gerät nicht aufrüsten kann. Es muß ja nicht gleich morgen sein, aber es sollte doch von Microsoft eine Lösung angeboten werden.
Oder hat jemand schon weitere Hinweise?

I have Windows 11 installed on my Surface Book 2. I installed it via USB without any issue and performance is really good. Again depends on the Generation of CPU's.

which drivers did you use?
I would guess that MS is not delivering win11 driver packages for Book2

Hi, I upgraded my SB2 to windows 11 using the upgrade feature available under windows update. But the did a reset pc. But can't find any setting for the Pen. Are the SB features available on windows 11 ?. Also are there any utilities/tools/drivers available to download from MS site ? I checked but I couldn't find anything.
