Hi there I am talking through another account because my Microsoft account has got hacked and I'm hurt by what they changed it too it used to be ******@hotmail.com and they changed it to ******@jerkoffmail.com 😭 they removed my passkeys and when I sent a message too Microsoft they sent me to enter my account info and password when I literately wrote it too microsoft regards my account being hacked and i called microsoft but they just sent me too an ai chat box which is telling me too go too a recovery form which i JUST DID TOO SEND TOO DAM MICROSOFT and yet i need help getting my microsoft account back please someone help me

    I have my messenger account though and im under parental controls on my account (the hacked one)

    Account recovery is an automated process, even if you can contact Microsoft Support, they cannot recover your account, they will just refer you to the account recovery form.

    This forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, I wish I had better news,, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
