365 Tenant Admin - Lost Authenticator

Hello,

I accidentally removed my tenant admin account from my authenticator, and i have no other global admin, or other MFA method enabled.

How can I recover my Microsoft tenant admin account?

I enabled MFA for my admin account last month, using the Microsoft Authenticator app on my Samsung;
I have the password;
I don't have another MFA enabled;
I am the only admin;
When I try to log in, it asks for a code from the Authenticator app, which I can’t provide;
I have access to the domain that was added to that tenant, this month;
I have access to the phone number added on the profile;
I have access to every email created on that tenant;

How can i recover the account?

I've contacted the Microsoft Customer Service phone, and i got nowhere with the automated AI assistant, couldn't reach a tech.

In any case i'll try opening a support request with another tenant.
