Microsoft Authenticator App

I am having issues with authenticator app when trying to log in to my NHS email. I am constantly being redirected to app saying input code, however I am not receiving any code through app to put in. I have adjusted setting to allow notifications. I receive codes for my personal email through it but not NHS email. Literally going round in circles. I've tried logging in through browser and still asking for code from authenticator app, when I click on NHS email through authenticator app there's just the settings screen 😭😭😭
