Hi my HD was full and I have a second HD in my laptop, so I Googled on how to move my OneDrive Folder so done personnel and work, unlinked first then moved everything over to the new HD, from that I have been unable to sign into both accounts, I have uninstalled OneDrive and tried to re LINK however all get is the spinning blue circle and nothing else

Hi, thanks for the details. That helps narrow it down.

It sounds like the OneDrive configuration may have become corrupted after moving the folders to the second drive. The spinning blue circle usually happens when OneDrive cannot complete the sign-in process properly.

    Please try this first:

    • Press Windows + R
    • Copy and paste this command:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    • Press Enter
    • Wait about 2 minutes
    • Open OneDrive again from the Start menu

If OneDrive does not reopen automatically, press Windows + R again and run:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe

Also, when you moved the folders, did you manually copy and paste the OneDrive folders to the second drive, or did you use the OneDrive settings option to change the folder location?

Try the full unlink and re-link sequence, including clearing cached credentials, then sign in again.

    On Windows, do the following:

    1. Unlink OneDrive
      1. Select the OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area.
      2. Select the OneDrive Help & Settings icon, then select Settings.
      3. Go to the Account tab.
      4. Select Unlink this PC, then Unlink account.
    2. Clear sign-in credentials
      1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
      2. Enter:
              %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings

        and select OK.
      3. Delete the file PreSignInSettingsConfig.json.
    3. Re-link OneDrive
      1. Start OneDrive again (press the Windows key, type OneDrive, then select the OneDrive app if it does not open automatically).
      2. When prompted to sign in, enter the Microsoft account details.
      3. If OneDrive reports that the folder already exists, select Use this folder (or Choose new folder if the OneDrive folder was moved and a new location is preferred).
      4. Allow time for OneDrive to resync files and folders. Only placeholders may download initially to save disk space.

If OneDrive still will not connect after this, use the general sync troubleshooter guidance and, if needed, the OneDrive reset steps referenced there.
