This is Tin. I'm sorry to hear that you can't increase your OneDrive storage. Have you tried using a different browser to see if the problem persists? Or how about clearing your cache and cookies? To do this, press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL, select "Cache and Cookies," and click "Clear now." If the problem persists, try using a different device. If the problem persists, contact Microsoft Support to check the following:

Make sure your Microsoft account is signed in.
Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
Click "Contact support."
Select "Products and services."
Follow the instructions to connect with an agent.
