I understand how frustrating this situation can be. If the phone support is redirecting you online and you’re unable to obtain the confirmation ID, I would recommend trying the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant or contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly through your Microsoft account portal. You can also try using a different browser or device while accessing the activation/support page.
