Authenticator Backup failed - Login "has Problems" (Android)

Hello,

I'm not able to backup my Authenticator data to my live-account anymore.

When trying to active, I only get the message "Leider ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Bitte senden Sie uns Protokolle über 'Protokolle sende'." (free translated: unfortunately a problem occured. please send us logs via 'send logs')

2 Problems:

1. there is no "send logs" function
2. this error occurs on every phone.

I tried another account, tried to delete the backup data to create a new one, cleared the cache, phone restart, mobile network instead of wifi and so on: nothing worked.

Who can help?
