Azure AD connect - where to find aliases

So I've set up Azure AD connect, and users are being synced to cloud accounts by email address, but after syncing, the proxy addresses on-premise overwrite the exchange ones, how can I find the aliases/proxyaddresses from before?

I'm assuming AD connect has a place to see the before/after, where is that?

    Azure AD Connect will only show the current state of the connector space - at most, you'll be able to see old -> new for the most recently run sync cycle. Seeing the state of objects prior to the most recently run sync cycle is not possible inside of Azure AD Connect. You may be able to find the old values inside of either the Azure AD audit logs or the Exchange Online audit logs, however.
