Billing issue

Hello,

I have a Three Mobile contract and recently discovered a subscription linked to my account for which I am paying through my phone bill. I wish to cancel this Word subscription and stop any further payments. Although I have contacted Three Mobile, they informed me that they cannot cancel the recurring payments and advised me to reach out to Microsoft instead. The subscription costs approximately £8.49 per month, but I cannot find it listed on my Microsoft account. I am requesting a refund for the payments taken from my Three Mobile contract.

    Please try contacting them via Incognito or InPrivate Window on different devices and network services.
