Microsoft typically sends the actual session joining link in a separate email about 24 hours before the event begins. In some cases, the link is also included directly in the calendar invitation if you selected “Add to calendar” during registration. If you cannot find the access link, check your spam or junk folder and search for emails from microsoft.com or the event platform provider, such as ON24. You can also verify your registration status through the Microsoft Virtual Training Days events page.

You can also access the event through the Microsoft Events portal by signing in with the same email address you used when registering. Once logged in, navigate to your profile or registered events section to see whether a “Join” button has appeared for your session.
