Outlook Classic error

I am trying to start Outlook Classic on my Windows 11 desktop and get a message that says "cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed. How do i fix this?

    That will happen if Outlook can't log into your Microsoft Exchange mailbox (outlook.com or business account). Can you sign into Outlook on the web using a browser? If so, try removing the azccount from Outlook and adding it back. Or make a new profile.
