TSL 1.2 on Windows XP SP3

I have a remote server that runs Windows XP SP3. I need to enable TSL 1.2 so I can run an SSIS package to transfer the data from the SQL Server 2008 R2 database hosted on that server to our SQL Server 2016 database.

How can I do this? I found some blog posts that talked about installing the Microsoft Update for WES09 and POSReady 2009 (KB4019276), but I couldn't download the executable (https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/search.aspx?q=kb4019276).

    Hi @Isabella Sturm ,

The download links work fine here, have you tried another web browser?

    Might also try:

    • Restart the web browser
    • Clearing the web browser cache
    • Try another web browser

Here's the direct download link for the Update for WES09 and POSReady 2009 (KB4019276):
