    Hi!

Since you're using a Rogers account, I imagine you're using the Outlook app. Are you using the Classic or New version? Or are you using Outlook Mobile?

First, try reconnecting the account. This resolves temporary synchronization problems or changes in information on the email servers.

    Outlook Classic

    1. Press Windows + R > type control > Under View By, select Large Icons > Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook).

WARNING: If your email is POP, you should back up your Data Files as a precaution in Documents > Outlook Files.

    1. Click on Show Profiles > Remove your current Profile > Close the window and then open it again.
    2. Click on Show Profiles again > Add > Add a name > Go back to the previous window and click on Add Account.
    3. Select Manual setup or additional server types > POP or IMAP > Fill in the requested fields with your account information.
    • You should be able to obtain all this information from your email provider or IT department.
    1. Click on More Settings > Fill in more information in Outgoing Server and Advanced.
    2. Click OK > Next.

Some email providers require an application code instead of a password. If the problem persists, try generating an application code and using it in place of your password.

    New Outlook

    1. Click File > Account Information > Click Manage next to your email account. (If you have more than one, remove them all) > Remove at the end of the option.
    2. Restart your computer > Open Outlook and log in again. Generally, for IMAP emails, the server information is automatically filled in.

Are you getting your email on the web ( outlook.com) or an app? If on the app and you are using classic outlook, I would recommend you signing out of Outlook and back into the app - If you check at outlook.com, you should see all your recent emails. If you dont then something is wrong with the account.
