MAIL BOX ISSUES

I am getting error message "The specified object was not found in the store. The process failed to get the correct properties." When trying to BIN old emails from my inbox .

Is that an Exchange account?

• Open Microsoft Outlook and select the affected mailbox.
• From the menu bar, go to Mail > Mailbox > Rebuild.
• Once the rebuild process is complete, restart your Mac device.
