Taskbar behaviors

I do not have the option to change where my taskbar is. I want to have the taskbar at the top. No option in the taskbar settings.

Hello This is not a feature currently available, unless via third party apps.

However, Microsoft actually finally will bring this feature back. https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2026/03/20/our-commitment-to-windows-quality/ If you are Windows Insiders: You can expect to start seeing it late March through April 2026 (rolling out gradually in preview builds). If you are general users (non-Insiders): The article itself does not give a specific date. It only confirms the preview rollout first. Typically, these features arrive for everyone later in 2026 after insider testing (no exact timeline announced).
