- The URL of the challenge.
- The Microsoft Learn profile username.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Software Engineering Microsoft Learn Skills Challenge page.
- Locate the support email alias provided on that challenge page.
- Send an email including:
- The challenge URL.
- The Learn profile username.
- A brief description that 17 modules show as completed with badges on the Learn profile, but only 5 are counted in the challenge, and that the same Microsoft account is being used and several days have already passed.
If there are any general issues with modules (for example, completion not registering at all), feedback can also be reported via the Microsoft Learn troubleshooting page and the feedback link at the bottom of each unit, but for challenge tracking specifically, the challenge support alias is the primary path.
