Billing Question. Unknown charge

Recurring charge which started this month for $9.99 "Google Microsoft Oned" . Was purchased 4/30/2026. Had the letters [Moderator note: PII removed] on description. Phone number on statement was [Moderator note: PII removed]. This is not a good number. Move from: Windows for home | Windows 10 | Microsoft Store

    Hello

    Any chance you purchased OneDrive subscription via Google Play, so that would be on your Android device or Chrome book, perhaps?

    If this is purchased via Microsoft, it wouldn't say "Google".

    Check your Google account subscription record instead.

    1. Go to Google subscriptions
      • Visit: [payments.google.com]
      • Open Subscriptions & services
      • Look for anything Microsoft / OneDrive / Office

    2. Check Google Play purchases
      • Open Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
      • Cancel anything you don’t recognize
    3. Check your Microsoft account
    4. Search your email
      • Look for receipt keywords: “Microsoft”, “Google Play”, “subscription”, “OneDrive”
    5. If NOT found anywhere, please contact support for the best assistance:

    Once you’ve tried the steps above, you can also reach out directly to the Microsoft Support team. It may offer live chat and, depending on your subscription/region, an option to request a callback:

    • Go to https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    • Search for "Refund Microsoft 365 subscription" in the search box.    
    • Click "Get Help", then scroll to the bottom and select "Contact Support”.
    • When prompted to select Products & Services, select Billing> Subscriptions> Charged unexpectedly / Refund
    • Look for and select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser". Once connect, explain your situation clearly.

    Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
