i have delete my old data Onedrive at 2025 september it's a mistake because i switch MotherBoard. i want to recover my old 2023 November data

If you deleted your data in September 2025 and also emptied the recycle bin in OneDrive online, then that data would have been permanently deleted 30 days later by the system and that data is sadly no longer recoverable.

You mention you replaced your motherboard, did you also wipe your drive and clean install Windows on your PC?

If so, then you will also not be able to recover the data on your PC.

Deleted OneDrive data from September 2025 cannot be recovered back to November 2023 if it is no longer in any recycle bin or restore range.

Only the following options are available:

1. Check the OneDrive Recycle bin

• Go to the OneDrive website and sign in.
• In the left navigation, select Recycle bin.
• If the deleted files or folders are there, select them and choose Restore.
• For personal accounts, items stay in the recycle bin for 30 days. For work/school accounts, items are kept up to 93 days unless the admin changed the setting. Data deleted in September 2025 will not be present now if these time limits have passed.

2. Check other Microsoft accounts

• Confirm that the correct Microsoft account is being used.
• If files were saved under a different personal or work/school account, sign out and sign in with that other account and repeat the recycle bin check.

3. Restore the entire OneDrive (only if still within 30 days)

• If a Microsoft 365 subscription is active and the mass deletion happened within the last 30 days, the entire OneDrive can be restored to a previous date:
  1. Go to the OneDrive website.
  2. Select Settings > Restore your OneDrive.
  3. Choose a date (for example, just before the deletion) and restore.
• This feature cannot restore data from 2023 if the deletion was in 2025 and more than 30 days have passed.

4. Local device checks

• If files were ever stored outside OneDrive or not yet synced when deleted online, search the local device using File Explorer/Finder and check the local Recycle Bin/Trash.

If the files are not in any recycle bin, are outside the OneDrive restore window, and no other account or local copy has them, there is no native Microsoft method to recover the old 2023 data.
