I believe I have a subscription for Microsoft however I can’t find it. I need to change the form of payment

Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, if you have a subscription to Microsoft 365, that is where it should be listed.

To find the subscription and change the payment method, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page and sign in with the Microsoft account that might have the subscription: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
   • If there are multiple Microsoft accounts, sign in with each one in turn to see which one shows the subscription.
2. In Services & subscriptions, look through the list for any Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscriptions.
3. When the correct subscription is found, select Manage.
4. Select Change how you pay.
   • If Change how you pay is not visible, recurring billing may be turned off or the subscription may already be fully paid.
5. Choose an existing payment option, or select Add a new way to pay and follow the instructions to add a new card or other method.

If there is a past-due balance, a Pay now button will appear instead of normal options. Select Pay now, update or add a payment method if needed, then select Next to complete payment.

If the subscription was purchased through a third party (for example, a retailer or mobile provider), manage billing through that provider instead.
