I purchased a new HP computer, and I am not getting the access code.

Are you in the initial set up?

What do you mean by access code? Do you mean the 2FA verification code sent to your phone or email, or authentication app, which one to be exact? Did it not arrive, or did it how error?

On the new computer, I do not have the option to go to another screen until I get logged into Microsoft.
