Could you tell us what is the name of the malware and the notification from the Microsoft Defender?
In case your file is really safe but incorrectly being detected as a malware, you may report it to the Microsoft Anti-Malware team. Take a look at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission .
As a workaround, you may ask users to add them to the exception list.
Windows Defender's real time protection deleted my program while unzip
I release my program to my customer
But it is deleted from some computers while unzip
I guess it's because of Windows Defender's real-time protection.
We use Administrator rights so Windows Defender's real-time protection detects our program as virus
We already has code sign and I excluded it at window defender and it was solved
What is the general solution to this problem?

Can you try adding an exclusion for the folder and see if that is helpful
Go to Windows Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection
Under Virus & threat protection settings, click Manage settings
Under Exclusions, click Add or remove exclusions
Click Add an exclusion, and choose File or FolderYou may this way exclude the download folder, or exclude an executable.
