Method and Class library of all methods and classes in .dll Assemblies supplied by Visual Studio

Question

Question has been ask before and answer received suggest Microsoft Help Viewer. I believe this is correct however I will be using Visual Studio (VS) 2015 and instruction on how to load this library on applied to VS 2019. After it was loaded I could not find how to open it or view it. I hope and expect it is there I just do not know how to view it. After this is accomplished I need to determine how to using it with VS 2015 or best to display the library from icon in general window but not associated with VS.

The Help content of Visual Studio 2015 is built-in.
You can click Help->Add and Remove Help Content, select Manage Content, and download the documents you need.

You can also set to read documents in the browser or Help Viewer.
