Authentication Code never sent to my authenticator app

When i attempt to login to my account it tells me to use my authenticator App, I have the App downloaded onto my phone with my email inside its list and yet there is never a code prompt given for me to access my account

After checking all the AI troubleshooting I have still confirmed that the App is not working.

Microsoft Authenticator:

-Is connected to the Account in question

-The App is updated

-The App has permission to notify

-The Service to the device is online

The issue:

When I try to log into the email, the authentication asks for the code from the Microsoft authenticator App and the Microsoft Authenticator App does not notify me on my phone that a code has been sent

Open the Authenticator app, tap your account, and look for a rotating codes already displayed — you don't need to wait for a notification; enter that code directly into the sign-in screen.
If you want push notifications instead, you must explicitly set them up in the app (for work/school accounts, your admin must allow this method first).
