I used Mycode27 on Groupon to obtain a once time purchase for Microsoft 365. I have changed by mind and have renewed by subscription to Microsoft 365 but it does not work. Need help fixing the problem. thanks

    Hello

    A one time purchase will not be called Microsoft 365, it would be Office something instead, not starting with "Microsoft 365". Can you tell me the exact full name of the one you bought from GroupOn? Did you end up installing it? Is it after installing it, you changed your mind and renewed the Msft 365 subscription, and now it won't use the subscription license? What exactly doesn't work?

    Also, please provide necessary information such as platform you use it, is it Win11, or MacOS?
