    Hi! Let me help you/

Select Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Next to Bluetooth, select Run and follow the instructions.

If you recently upgraded to Windows 11 or installed Windows 11 updates, the current driver may have been designed for an earlier version of Windows. To automatically check for driver updates:

Select Search on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.

In Device Manager, select Bluetooth, and then select the Bluetooth adapter name, which may include the word “radio.”

Press and hold (or right-click) the Bluetooth adapter, and then select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software. Follow the steps, then select Close.

After installing the updated driver, select Start > Power > Restart if you're prompted to restart, and then check whether that fixes the connection issue.

If Windows can’t find a new Bluetooth driver, visit the PC manufacturer’s website and download the latest Bluetooth driver from there.

This situation is common when Windows detects a problem with the Bluetooth adapter or its driver. The yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager confirms a Bluetooth device/driver issue.

Try these steps in order on Windows 11:

    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
      1. Press Windows logo key + I to open Settings.
      2. Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
      3. Find Bluetooth, select Run, and let it complete. If it reports issues fixed, test the mouse again.
    2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
      1. Select the Network/Sound/Battery icon area on the right side of the taskbar to open Quick settings.
      2. Ensure the Bluetooth quick setting is turned on.
      3. Or go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and confirm Bluetooth is turned on.
    3. Update or reinstall the Bluetooth driver
      1. Right-click Start and select Device Manager.
      2. Expand Bluetooth.
      3. Right-click the Bluetooth adapter (the one with the yellow exclamation mark) and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software and follow the prompts.
      4. If that does not help, in Device Manager right-click the same adapter and select Uninstall device.
      5. Restart the PC; Windows will attempt to reinstall the Bluetooth driver automatically.
    4. Check Windows Update
      1. Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update.
      2. Select Check for updates and install any available updates, as some Bluetooth drivers are delivered via Windows Update.
    5. Re-pair the Bluetooth mouse
      1. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      2. If the mouse is listed, remove it.
      3. Put the mouse in pairing mode (usually a button on the mouse) and add it again from Add device.
    6. Restart the PC
      1. Select Start > Power > Restart to clear temporary issues affecting Bluetooth.

If Bluetooth still does not work or the icon remains missing after these steps, the issue may be with the Bluetooth hardware itself or require a manufacturer-specific driver from the PC vendor’s support site.
