Microsoft Rewards is Wrong

So pretty much, I used to live in the United States of America, and I earned points while living there. Then I moved to Israel, and after about a week my rewards experience adjusted and then I had Israel rewards. However, then I went on a 2 month vacation to Greece and came back about 2 weeks ago and my rewards page no longer has the "Oops! Looks like you are on the go." message, and yet when I go to the redeem menu, the only thing I see is a Sea of Thieves gift card in Greek. I've waited a few days and it's still the only reward I can redeem. Can somebody help me? I'm using no VPNs, no alt accounts, no nothing. I'm fine with resetting the rewards account if that's the issue. If you're going to answer me, don't default to a VPN or alt account since as I said I have done none of those. Thanks!

Again my apologies and you may resubmit another ticket as your account still needs to be checked.

Kindly take note that the forum does not have access to user accounts to be able to perform account checks.

My apologies and as mentioned above, if it will still not work afterwards, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for your account to get checked internally by the rewards team as it is important to get this cleared on the backend of things to avoid seeing the on to the go message. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know on the outcome.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you are having an issue with your account that is being tagged as on the go for Microsoft Rewards.

This scenario usually happens if you have travelled or went to a different country or region in which your account will be have a geo-tag on it and if you have done so, you may clear/forget every connectivity that you have used whether it is from your mobile device or your computer which is may still have an effect and you can also clear or clean up the browser that you are using as well.

If it will still not work afterwards, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for your account to get checked internally by the rewards team as it is important to get this cleared on the backend of things to avoid seeing the on to the go message. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know on the outcome.
