Critical UI Bug: Missing Required ModelProviderData Fields in Claude Deployment Wizard

I am attempting to deploy Claude Opus 4.7 in Sweden Central. The deployment consistently fails with the error: 'ModelProviderData is required for Anthropic model deployments but was not provided. Please provide all required fields: industry, organizationName, and countryCode.'

The Azure AI Foundry deployment wizard is currently failing to render the input fields for organizationName and countryCode in the UI. This is a known portal bug preventing Anthropic organization provisioning.

Request: Please manually trigger the organization registration and onboarding for my subscription so that the required provider metadata is correctly set, allowing the deployment to proceed. Subscription ID: 33323b41-7042-41af-a783-822ddcc76c55

Model: Claude Opus 4.7

Region: Sweden Central

    Hello Akhilesh Gandotra,

Greetings! Thanks for raising this question in Q&A forum.

This appears to be a duplicate of your earlier question (Question #5900195) which was posted about 40 minutes apart and describes the exact same issue the Azure AI Foundry deployment wizard not rendering the organizationName and countryCode fields when deploying Claude Opus 4.7 in Sweden Central, causing the ModelProviderData is required error.

To avoid splitting the conversation and to keep all responses, follow-ups, and eventual answers in one place, we recommend consolidating to your earlier post here:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5900195/critical-ui-bug-missing-required-modelproviderdata

That thread already contains a detailed step-by-step answer covering:

    • How to bypass the broken portal UI using Azure CLI to pass the ModelProviderData fields directly
    • How to use the Azure REST API to provide industry, organizationName, and countryCode programmatically
    • How to try an alternate region as a workaround
    • How to open an Azure Support Ticket to request manual Anthropic organization registration for your subscription (33323b41-7042-41af-a783-822ddcc76c55)
    • How to report the portal UI bug via the Foundry feedback button

Please refer to that answer and follow the steps listed there. If none of those steps resolve it, please add a comment on that thread with what you tried so the community and Microsoft engineers can assist further from a single, consolidated thread.

If this answer helps you kindly accept the answer which will help others who have similar questions.

    Best Regards,

    Jerald Felix.
