    Dear @Abhishek Rai,

Thank you for reaching out to the community forum. I would be more than happy to help you get credit for your hard work now that you have completed your modules and assessments.

To help me narrow down the exact cause and provide the most accurate solution, could you please provide a few more details about what you are experiencing?

    • Which platform are you using? (e.g., Microsoft Learn, Microsoft Viva Learning, or an internal corporate training portal?)
    • Where does the incompletion show up? Is the entire path showing as incomplete, or is there one specific module or unit that refuses to show a green checkmark?
    • Are you logged in with the correct account? Please verify if you are signed in with your personal Microsoft account (MSA) or your organization's work/school account (AAD).
    • Are there any error messages? Do you see any specific error codes, or does the page fail to load or update when you finish an assessment?

Once I have these details, I will provide the exact steps to help resolve this for you.

Module completion status on Microsoft Learn is automatic and can’t be manually marked complete.

To ensure a module shows as completed:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used for the training.
    2. Open the module and verify that every unit (including the knowledge check/assessment and summary) shows as completed. If any unit is not marked complete, open it and let the page fully load; for assessments, answer all questions.
    3. After finishing all units, return to the learning path or module overview page and refresh the browser. The module should then appear as completed.

If the module still does not show as complete after verifying all units and assessments, use Microsoft Credentials Support to investigate profile or progress issues, as recommended for similar completion/certificate problems: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
