Windows crash with code KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (0x139) when use chkdsk

I don't know but when run chkdsk C: /f and reboot ,I get BSOD with code KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (0x139)

System Info:

  • Windows 11 Build 10.0.29591.1000
  • CPU:i5-1135G7
  • RAM 8GB DDR4
  • SDD NVMe UMIS RPJTJ512MEE1OWX
  • Device:Lenovo V15 G2 ITL

Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

Access the c:\windows\minidump folder, copy the files to your desktop, then upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the link here for analysis.
