Unknown to me, I have two Microsoft 365 subscriptions. One was just renewed, and the other one will expire on June 30. One of the accounts is saying that my storage is full that all my pictures will be deleted, and the other subscription is saying that I should get more storage when I only used 2.2 GB of 1 T. What is going on here and why am been charged twice?

The accounts are:
******@gmail.com
******@hotmail.com

Kindly advice

    Hi,

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

Log in to all of your accounts here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

Can you check if you can find any subscription that is unfamiliar to you?

It is possible that you have two different Microsoft accounts with separate Microsoft 365 subscriptions. This could also explain why one account is showing that the storage is full while the other account still has most of the 1 TB storage available.

Please make sure that you are signed in using the same Microsoft account that has the active Microsoft 365 subscription with the available storage.

You can also check your payment methods and billing history here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Once you've identified the charges and decided to cancel one, please follow the steps here:

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
