Urgent: Verification Code Not Received

Hi Bing Places Support,
I am writing to request assistance with a verification issue for our business listing on Bing Places for Business. 

Business details:

  • Business name: [Moderator note: PII removed]
  • Website: [Moderator note: PII removed]
  • Address: [Moderator note: PII removed]
  • Phone: [Moderator note: PII removed]

Issue:

We have been unable to complete the verification process because we are not receiving the verification code. We have attempted verification multiple times but the code has not arrived via any available method. We have confirmed that all business details on the listing are correct. We tried adding the business of [Moderator note: PII removed] since we sync our Bing on Google Business Profile but it has been 3 weeks already that it shows "pending publish" Thank you for your time and assistance.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having troubles finishing your business listing, particularly as the system won’t even let you get past verification. I can totally understand why you require urgent help.

    That said, I need to clarify: this forum is NOT Bing Places Support. Microsoft Q&A is a user-to-user tech community, contributors here cannot help you with verification. For issues like this, you need to go through the official path:

    1. Sign into https://www.bing.com/forbusiness/contactSupport
    2. Select your region and language (example below)
    3. Click Chat now and explain your issue.

    I wish I can help further, but such back-end issues cannot be processed on a community platform. Furthermore, as mentioned above, all your identification info will be masked so it's impossible to proceed further!
