Hello Support Team,
I missed my exam yesterday because I experienced an issue with OnVUE.
During the check-in process, the instructor told me to relogin to OnVUE. After logging out, I was unable to open or access the exam again. I then tried to reschedule the exam, but when I contacted support, I was informed that the system detected I was trying to access it from a different region than the one mentioned in the email.
Because of this technical issue, I was unable to attend my scheduled exam session.
Please help me resolve this issue and reschedule my exam as soon as possible.
