IU'm trying to get a message thru to microsoft support but it isn't working

    Thank you Bernard. What's happened is that for the past few days I haven't been able to do daily check in on my phone. And now I'm getting a stupid message on my check in on the microsoft rewards page about "unusual activity". I've no idea what they mean. There has been no unusual activity. I've tried various ways to get back the daily check in without success.
