I am not getting important e-mails

Please check backend status of my e-mail accout. My junk mail folder in browser outlook client is completely empty and I am not getting important e-mails. I checked everything on client side and nothing is blocking e-mails on client side.

    Hi Igor,

    Add an address from which you are not receiving an Email from the Safe Senders list and let me know.

    1. Open Outlook on the web.
    2. Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.
    3. Select Mail > Junk email.
    4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
    5. Enter the email address or domain you want to allow.
    6. Press Enter or click Save.

    1. Is it an Outlook.com account?
    2. Do the senders get a bounce-back message if you can ask?
