Have been working with support for 2 hours and support did a complete reinstall of windows. Media player still does not work.

    May I know how you reinstalled Windows? Is it by doing a reset and removing everything? Or by using a USB flash drive and creating Windows Installation media?

    While waiting, can you also check the Windows version and edition you have?

    To check:

    Go to Settings > System > About

    Under Windows specifications, please let me know the Windows version and edition you have.
