I AM SUBSCRIBED TO MICROSOFT. FOR THE LAST MONTHS I HAVE BEEN INFORMED WHENEVER I WANT TO USE POWERPOINT/WORD OFFICE IS NOT ACTIVATED!!! IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACTIVATE OFFICE. RECENTLY I HAVE DOWNLOADED SEVERAL TIMES MICROSOFR 365 ETC. IT STILL DOES NOT FUNCTION.

    Can you go to your account online https://account.live.com > Subscription, and tell me the exact name of your Microsoft 365 subscription, and verify if the status is active?
